A little piece of Naples and the Amalfi Coast here on the Fylde Coast
Our selection of Italian style sandwiches with authentic flavours, bright & inviting natural colours and genuine Italian meats and cheeses are going down well with the people of St Annes on the Sea.
During the week (Monday to Friday, 11.30-2) we have a very reasonably priced different pasta speciale each day to eat in or take away and our fresh pizzette (made from scratch by us on the premises using genuine, high quality Italian Tipo '00' flour and cooked in our wood-fired pizza oven) are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11.30-2.
We wanted to share the daytime eating experience that Italians enjoy, to raise the quality and choice of your lunchtime food. With our delicious range of sandwiches on focaccia, ciabatta and panini along with our pizzetta and pasta speciale - we have done exactly that.
A good quality, fresh, Italian-style daytime eating experience in St Annes on the Sea
Our dream was to bring the flavours and colours of an Italian sandwich shop & cafe to the Fylde Coast, and people are loving the difference that we provide.
What does Eat The Italian Way mean?
To "eat the Italian way" can mean many things and that's why it's our name.
Eating fresh food that has grown in the Italian sunshine, tomatoes that have grown in the volcanic soil around Naples, Italian rocket and Sicilian lemons or enjoying the flavours and textures of Italian meat and cheese which are geographically restricted and can only come from a small specific area in Italy mean that these amazing flavours cannot come from anywhere else in the world.
A diet that contains fresh and healthy ingredients. Neapolitan dishes have few ingredients with none of the industrial preservatives and refined sugars. Our focaccia bread and pizzetta dough have just four ingredients and are a healthier way to enjoy these foods and gentle on the stomach.
But more than that, it's about the way you eat as well as what you eat. Enjoy your food while sat at our large table next to friends and relatives or people you don't yet know. Talk with them. Enjoy the company and listening to stories while you eat tasty food sat underneath the lemon vines.
That is how you Eat The Italian Way
